"Hi veggie wanna be lovers! I'm always looking for fun new ways to incorporate more veggies into my family's diet! A friend of mine told me about Outer Aisle! She dropped me off a bag of cauliflower rice and I was sold!!!! Here is a recipe I made up and it's been a hit with my family! Did I mention they are hard to please!"

The recipe of the week is..... Beverly's Asparagus Stir-fry - OAG STYLE
Ingredients:
1 pkg of OAG veggie-rice
8-10 stalks asparagus chopped into 1/2" pieces
Pinch of kosher salt
1-2 tsp lite soy sauce
1 tsp olive oil
Pinch of cracked Pepper
Directions:
Microwave OAG veggie-rice w/ 1 T water. Drain water
Microwave asparagus w/1 T water. Drain water
Warm skillet with swirl of olive oil
Toss asparagus and rice in skillet for a 2-3 minutes
Add a pinch of kosher salt (I like pink Himalayan from Trader Joes)
Add a pinch of cracked Pepper
Enjoy!!!!
