Pesto over Zucchini Pasta - OAG Style

This week I would like to share a product testimonial from a busy mom who cooks with OAG products for her family.

with it. Our favorite at the moment is the breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, cheese, avocado, and tomato on toasted veggie bread. It feels great to send them off to school knowing I've already gotten some vegetables in them first thing in the morning."

The recipe of the week is..... Pesto over Zucchini Pasta - OAG Style

2 bags of Outer Aisle Gourmet veggie pasta
3/4 c. fresh basil leaves
1/4 c. pine nuts
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:
Place the basil leaves, pine nuts, peeled garlic clove and grated parmesan
cheese into a food processor then blend together.  Slowly pour the olive oil
in while still mixing.  Stir in the salt and pepper.  Toss the pasta into
the warm sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
